Learner Engagement Consultant Permanent NEW
You will join a well-established and rapidly growing provider that offers ambitious individuals the opportunity to advance their careers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background looking to transition into a new sector and move away from the hard sell, or for someone with experience in the education or training sector seeking to work with a progressive provider.
This project focuses on supporting unemployed and employed job seekers in securing qualifications in functional skills, business administration, warehousing, and climate change. Your core responsibility will be to identify and engage learners across Coventry, Wolverhampton, and Birmingham. You will build relationships with job centres, community organisations, and charities to connect with unemployed learners, while also reaching out to businesses whose staff would benefit from gaining qualifications. There are no costs for learners or businesses, as these programmes are fully government-funded.
Candidates with previous experience as a Learner Engagement Consultant would be a great fit, as well as those with an Employer Engagement or employer-facing further education background. Individuals with business-to-business sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
