Health and Social Care Tutor Permanent
This role is 75% home based. But you will need to be based in / near to Birmingham as the potential 25% in then field is reserved for learners who would rather learn face to face.
They are launching a brand-new project, so you get to join at the start and make an impact. You will be delivering levels 1 & 2 Health and Social Care. Your learners will be currently employed, and they imagine it will be mostly online delivery (75%) but they do need people who can flexible at the same time.
- Deliver programs on time, keeping learners engaged.
- Teach vocational qualifications and employability skills.
- Assign and assess learner work, providing timely feedback.
- Complete required qualification paperwork & address IQA feedback quickly.
- Develop lesson plans and schemes of work based on criteria.
You must have a teaching qualification (PTLLS or AET3 as minimum) and the assessor award. You must also have experience of delivering the mentioned qualification.
