This dynamic organisation delivers Study Programmes and Apprenticeships, specialising in Business Admin, Accounting, Early Years, and Teaching Assistant pathways.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the operational delivery of contracted programmes.
- Managing staff and overseeing the delivery team.
- Ensuring programmes meet targets for participant numbers, achievements, and outcomes.
- Contributing to the organisation’s Three-Year Strategic Plan.
- Overseeing quality improvement strategies and meeting quality targets.
- Acting as second nominee during Ofsted inspections.
- Implementing Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Equality & Diversity policies.
You will work across two projects based in Enfield and Colindale.
Experience in managing post-16 education provision, including apprenticeships, is essential. Experience with Study Programmes is desirable.
