You will manage a team of four, who work with a caseload of clients in 1:1 sessions to:
Your key focus will be overseeing day-to-day operations and team delivery, as well as providing support and development opportunities for your team. You’ll also be the lead contact for safeguarding and will oversee the referrals process, building strong relationships with partners.
Who We’re Looking For:
To apply, you must have experience managing teams that deliver similar services within criminal justice or in a service supporting vulnerable client groups—such as a hostel, supported housing, or employment support service.
