Are you working in recruitment but feel like you’re not really making a difference? How about joining a charity that helps people with mental health needs get back into work? It’s a big career change, but it opens doors to a whole new, exciting world—one with loads of opportunities that are totally different from recruitment.
In this role, you’ll be helping people with mental health support needs find employment—really making a difference. We’ve seen loads of recruiters make the switch to the employability sector, and their careers have taken off. It’s a huge sector with plenty of room to grow, and this charity is a brilliant place to kick-start your journey.
The hours are regular (no more long, late nights), and while there’s no commission, the idea is to build a long-term career and climb the ladder, rather than staying on the commission hamster wheel.
So, what’s the job?
What do you need?
To apply, you’ll need at least 12 months of experience as a recruitment consultant. You also need to be empathetic and passionate about supporting vulnerable clients and genuinely wanting to make a difference.
Please apply via this advert—we aim to get back to everyone. If you don’t hear from us within 72 hours or if there’s any delay, just fill in the ‘Send Us A Message’ form on the Red 5 People website, and a real person will get back to you. Alternatively, you can call the office and ask for James, who’s heading this one up.
We’ve got three roles available in Stockport, Trafford, and Tameside.
